Description

Starting out as an undistinguished roots vocal group, after a number of personnel changes Black Uhuru found a magic combination of talent and became one of the greatest of all reggae groups. In the early 1980s their acclaimed albums and live shows would vault them to the top of popularity in the international reggae arena. But the revolving door that made them great also proved to be their undoing, when this once-respected name became diminished.
