Description
Archetypal symbols are embodied schemas in terms of the theory of Lakoff and Johnson – that is, sets of associations between symbols and experiences. These associations help us recall and reinforce different forms of inspiration when we need them, and so develop the openness and reflectiveness accompanying the symbols.
