Description

This sūra opens with a declaration of the ‘sending down’ of the Qur’ān and an enumeration of the signs of God’s power and providence in nature. The Prophet is then urged to follow God’s path independently of the ‘Sons of Israel.’ Q45 concludes with a judgment scene, at which each community will be found ‘kneeling’ (Q45.28).
